The Alpha Chi Sigma Co-Ed Chemistry Fraternity House has open Single Occupancy spots for the 2026 Spring session!
The house is beautiful, spacious and is only a 7 min walk from campus on the north side. Some rooms feature a view of the Bay and/or the Golden Gate Bridge.
The house has a great community of students with 60% of residents being non-members of the fraternity!
Amenities:
•5 weekly dinners are provided by a chef (during the school year)
•Weekly communal groceries (snacks) provided
•Cheap in house washer and dryer
•Utilities and wifi are included.
•Lots of gorgeous open communal space to relax and study in
