CEDAR PROPERTIES was formed by Jonathan Weldon, a Real Estate
Broker, with almost ten years of Real Estate Management experience in
the East Bay.
After being in and around East Bay property management for many
years, Mr. Weldon observed that the only property management firms
that delivered on the promise of high-quality service, the highest rents,
and the lowest vacancies were small, service oriented, and specialized
in a particular type of property or geographic region. Taking this
observation to heart, the idea of Cedar Properties was born: a small,
service oriented firm specializing in Berkeley and its immediate
surrounds.
Mr. Weldon chose this area to specialize in for several reasons: One, he
